User Service Agreement

Welcome to 轻风像素画 (hereinafter referred to as "this Application"). This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and the operator of 轻风像素画 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the services provided by this Application. Please read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement carefully before using this Application.

If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please stop using this Application immediately. By using this Application, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.


I. Scope and Acceptance of the Agreement

1.1 Scope of Applicable Parties

This Agreement is entered into between you and the operator of this Application regarding your use of the services provided by this Application. "You" refers to users who register, log in, and use the services of this Application through the authentication mechanism provided by this Application.

1.2 Relationship and Conflicts Between Agreements

The content of this Agreement also includes the Privacy Policy. Additionally, when you use specific services of this Application, you must comply with corresponding specific service terms/rules. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and the specific service terms/rules, the specific service terms/rules shall prevail.

1.3 Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement when necessary. Changes will be notified to you via in-app announcements or other appropriate means. If you continue to use this Application after the changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Agreement.


II. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Eligibility for Registration

  • You must be at least 14 years old to register and use this Application. Minors under 14 must register and use the service under the supervision and guidance of a guardian.
  • The account information you provide during registration must be true, legal, and valid.
  • Each user may register only one account. Accounts may not be gifted, loaned, rented, transferred, or sold in any way.

2.2 Registration Information

  • Required Information: Username, password, nickname
  • Optional Information: Email
  • The registration information you provide must be true and accurate. Any issues arising from false information shall be your sole responsibility.

2.3 Account Security

  • You are obligated to properly safeguard your account and password. Losses resulting from account or password leakage due to your own actions shall be borne by you.
  • You should properly manage your authentication tokens. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify us.
  • We adopt the following security measures to protect your account:
    • Passwords are encrypted and stored using the PBKDF2 algorithm
    • Dual token mechanism (Access Token + Refresh Token)
    • Refresh Token rotation mechanism — old tokens are automatically invalidated after use
    • Tokens are revoked server-side upon logout

2.4 Account Deletion

  • You have the right to apply for account deletion at any time. Deletion path: Personal Settings → Account Deletion.
  • Upon confirmed deletion, the account and all associated data will be immediately and permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.
  • After deletion:
    • Your public profile, artworks, collections, etc., will be deleted or anonymized
    • Your social relationships (follows/followers) will be terminated
    • Your virtual assets such as level, experience points, titles, etc., will be cleared and cannot be recovered

III. Service Content

3.1 Core Services

This Application provides the following core services:

  • Pixel Art Creation: Provides a pixel art drawing editor supporting multiple layers, animation frames, and various drawing tools
  • Artwork Management: Supports saving, exporting (image / GIF), publishing, editing, and deleting artworks
  • Community Interaction: Supports publishing, browsing, liking, favoriting, and following
  • Collection Feature: Supports creating and managing artwork collections
  • Topic Feature: Supports creating and participating in topic events
  • Color Groups/Palettes: Provides color combination and palette tools
  • Personal Page: Displays user profile, artworks, collections, and social information

3.2 Auxiliary Services

  • Image to Pixel Art: Converts reference images into pixel art style
  • Bead Art Viewer: Converts pixel art into bead art reference images
  • Image Export: Supports exporting in various formats and sizes
  • Notification System: System notifications, interaction notifications
  • Multi-language Support: Chinese, English
  • Cross-platform Support: iOS, Android, Web, Windows, macOS, Linux

3.3 Service Changes

We may add, modify, or terminate some service functions based on business development needs. Major changes will be notified to you in advance.


IV. User Conduct Guidelines

4.1 Your Conduct Guidelines

When using this Application, you must comply with applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. You must not use this Application to engage in the following activities:

  • Acts that violate the Constitution or laws
  • Acts that endanger national security, disclose state secrets, subvert state power, or undermine national unity
  • Acts that harm the legitimate rights and interests of the state, collectives, or others
  • Acts that disseminate obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terrorist content, or incite crime
  • Acts that insult or defame others, infringing upon their legitimate rights and interests
  • Acts that spread false information or disrupt social order
  • Acts that spread malicious programs such as viruses or trojans
  • Acts that infringe upon others' intellectual property rights
  • Other acts that violate laws, regulations, rules, or social morality

4.2 Artwork Publishing Guidelines

When publishing artworks, you must follow these rules:

  • Originality Declaration: If the artwork is original, you may mark it as original; non-original works must indicate the source or obtain authorization
  • Content Compliance: The artwork content must not contain illegal or prohibited information
  • Daily Limit: There is a daily limit on artwork publishing, subject to the in-app prompts
  • Review Mechanism: Published artworks may be subject to review and will be publicly visible only after passing review

4.3 Profile Modification Restrictions

To ensure account security and community order, the following profile modifications are subject to frequency restrictions:

  • Nickname change
  • Avatar change
  • Gender change
  • Background image change

The specific limits and cycles shall be subject to in-app prompts.


V. Content Reporting Mechanism

5.1 Right to Report

You have the right to report any content within the platform. If you find that content published by other users violates laws, regulations, this Agreement, or community guidelines, you may submit a report through the in-app reporting feature.

The scope of reporting includes but is not limited to:

  • Artwork content (pixel art works, coloring works, etc.)
  • Comment content
  • User profiles (nickname, avatar, bio, etc.)
  • Collections and topic content

5.2 Reporting Methods

You can report violations through the following methods:

  • Artwork Report: Click the report button on the artwork detail page, select a reason, and submit
  • Comment Report: Long-press a comment and select the report option
  • User Report: Click the report button on the user's profile page

5.3 Report Handling

  • Upon receiving a report, the platform will review and process the reported content within a reasonable timeframe
  • If the content is confirmed to be in violation, the platform will take appropriate measures in accordance with Section X (Breach of Agreement) of this Agreement
  • The reporter's identity will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to the reported party
  • The platform reserves the right of final interpretation regarding report handling results

5.4 Prohibition of Report Abuse

You must not abuse the reporting feature, including but not limited to:

  • Malicious or false reporting
  • Using the reporting feature to harass other users
  • Using automated tools for bulk reporting

Users who abuse the reporting feature may be subject to measures in accordance with Section X (Breach of Agreement) of this Agreement.


VI. User Blocking Feature

6.1 Feature Definition

The platform provides a user blocking feature. Users may choose to block other users at their discretion. Blocking produces the following effects:

  1. Content Filtering: All works, coloring works, inspiration content, etc., of the blocked user will no longer appear in the blocker's content lists
  2. Comment Restriction: Blocked users cannot post comments under the blocker's works, topics, or inspirations
  3. Immediate Effect: The block takes effect instantly, and the blocked user's content will be immediately removed from your feed
  4. Follow Termination: The block operation will automatically cancel the follow relationship between both parties (including the blocker following the other and the other following the blocker)
  5. Reversible: You may unblock at any time; after unblocking, the above restrictions are restored immediately, but the automatically canceled follow relationships will not be automatically restored

6.2 Blocking Notifies the Platform

To better maintain community safety, when you block another user, the platform will automatically receive a notification of the block (including information about the blocker and the blocked user, but not the reason for blocking). The platform will use this notification to review the blocked user's content, and if violations are found, will take action in accordance with Section X (Breach of Agreement) of this Agreement.

6.3 User Rights and Obligations

  1. Right to Block: You have the right to decide at your own discretion to block or unblock any other user without providing a reason
  2. Unidirectionality: Blocking is a unilateral action; A blocking B is not equivalent to B blocking A
  3. Prohibition of Abuse: You must not use the blocking feature to circumvent platform rules (e.g., blocking administrator or content moderation accounts to prevent their normal duties)
  4. Self-Management: You may view and manage blocked users in the "Blocked List" and decide whether to unblock them at your discretion

6.4 Data and Privacy

  1. Block Records: The block relationship and block time are recorded and retained by the platform to implement the feature and content filtering
  2. No Notification to Blocked User: The platform will not proactively notify the blocked user that they have been blocked (silent mechanism)
  3. Block List Visibility: The block list is only visible to the blocker and cannot be viewed by other users
  4. Data Retention: After unblocking, block records may still be retained by the platform for audit or statistical purposes. For detailed rules, please refer to the Privacy Policy

6.5 Content Display

  1. Server-Side Filtering: Content from blocked users is automatically filtered on the server side and will not appear in the blocker's content lists. This is a technical service provided by the platform and does not constitute an infringement of the blocked user's content rights
  2. Filtering Scope: The filtering scope includes but is not limited to: artwork lists, coloring lists, inspiration lists, collection artwork lists, color group lists, etc.
  3. Filtering Is Not Deletion: Content from blocked users is only invisible to the blocker and remains normally visible to other users

6.6 Comment Restrictions

  1. Comment Prohibition: When a blocked user attempts to post a comment under the blocker's works, topics, or inspirations, the platform will reject the comment request
  2. Existing Comments: Comments posted before blocking are unaffected and will continue to be displayed normally (removal requires reporting or other mechanisms)
  3. Restriction Notice: When a blocked user attempts to comment, the platform will return a prompt message but will not disclose who blocked them

6.7 Follow Relationships

  1. Automatic Unfollowing: Upon blocking, the platform automatically cancels the follow relationships between both parties. This is an irreversible ancillary action
  2. No Automatic Restoration: After unblocking, the previously automatically canceled follow relationships will not be automatically restored; users must manually re-follow
  3. Mutual Unfollowing: Blocking results in the cancellation of bidirectional follow relationships, i.e., both A following B and B following A are canceled simultaneously

6.8 Disclaimer

  1. Feature Availability: The platform makes every effort to ensure the normal operation of the blocking feature, but shall not be liable for temporary failure due to force majeure such as technical failures
  2. Content Filtering Omissions: Due to technical reasons such as caching and delays, content from blocked users may briefly appear in lists; the platform shall not be liable for this
  3. Third-Party Scenarios: The blocking feature is limited to the platform and cannot prevent blocked users from accessing the blocker's public content through screenshots, third-party platforms, or other means

VII. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Rights

  • You retain intellectual property rights to the pixel art works you create using this Application.
  • You have the right to decide the visibility (public/private) of your works and whether to allow others to download them.
  • You have the right to delete any works you have published at any time.

7.2 Our Rights

  • The intellectual property rights of this Application software belong to us, including but not limited to: software code, interface design, icons, documentation, etc.
  • The intellectual property rights of color data, font resources, material templates, and other content within this Application belong to the original authors or us.

7.3 Grant of License

  • By publishing a public work, you grant other users the right to browse, like, and favorite that work within this Application.
  • For works where you allow downloading, other users may download them for personal non-commercial use.
  • We have the right to display your published public works within this Application (including in recommendations, topics, etc.) with attribution to the author.

7.4 Infringement Handling

  • If you discover content within this Application that infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us through the in-app feedback channel. We will promptly process it after verification.
  • If your published content is reported for infringement, we have the right to take measures such as removal or restricted display based on the review results.

VIII. Virtual Assets and Membership

8.1 Virtual Assets

The following content in this Application constitutes virtual assets:

  • Experience Points (EXP) and Levels: Earned through using the Application and participating in events
  • Titles: Obtained through leveling up, achievements, event participation, membership, etc.
    • Title types include: level titles, achievement titles, event titles, membership titles
    • Title rarities include: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary
    • Some titles are time-limited and automatically expire after the period ends
  • VIP Membership: Membership status granting specific benefits

8.2 Virtual Asset Rules

  • Virtual assets are only valid within this Application and have no real-world monetary value
  • Virtual assets cannot be transferred, gifted, traded, or exchanged for cash
  • Upon account deletion, all virtual assets will be cleared and cannot be recovered
  • If an account is banned due to user violations, virtual assets may be zeroed out

IX. Disclaimer

9.1 Service Interruption

We shall not be liable for compensation for service interruptions caused by the following:

  • Service suspension due to system maintenance or upgrades
  • Service interruption due to force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, etc.)
  • Service interruption due to network failures, telecommunication line failures, etc.
  • Service interruption due to failure of third-party services (e.g., Cloudflare)

9.2 User Content

  • You bear full responsibility for the content you publish
  • We do not conduct substantive review of user content, but have the right to take necessary measures in accordance with the law
  • Disputes arising from user content shall be resolved by the relevant parties themselves

9.3 Data Security

  • We have taken reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security
  • We shall not be liable for compensation for information leakage caused by force majeure or reasons not attributable to us
  • You should back up important data yourself; data loss due to failure to back up shall be your responsibility

9.4 Third-Party Services

This Application may contain links to third-party websites or services that are beyond our control. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, etc., of such third-party websites or services.


X. Breach of Agreement

10.1 Violations

If you violate this Agreement, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following measures:

  • Warning notice
  • Restriction of certain features
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account ban
  • Removal of violating content
  • Clearing virtual assets

10.2 Account Ban

  • Accounts that are banned will not be able to log in or use the Application services
  • Ban types include temporary ban and permanent ban
  • After a temporary ban expires, if the violation has been corrected, you may apply for unbanning

XI. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Agreement Validity

The validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

11.2 Dispute Handling

Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent People's Court of our location.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.


XII. Miscellaneous

12.1 Notifications

We may send notifications to you through the following channels:

  • In-app announcements
  • In-app notification messages
  • Your registered email address

12.2 Assignment

Without our prior written consent, you may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement

This Agreement (including the Privacy Policy and specific service terms/rules) constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this Application and supersedes any prior oral or written communications.
